Technical Consultation on "Radiological Consultation License

1、Legal basis

According to the "Regulations on the Administration of Radiation Therapy" and other relevant legal norms, the employer should apply to the corresponding health administrative department for radiation therapy permit before carrying out radiation therapy work.

2、Work purpose

(1) To improve the management of radiological work according to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.

(2) to implement the provisions of radiation protection, to obtain permission from the health department.

(3) complete the registration with the health administration department and accept its daily supervision.

3, to carry out the work time requirements

New construction, alteration, expansion, technological transformation projects before the launch of radiological treatment work.
